Bhedetar: It's a small captivating hill station that serves as a connector to Dharan and Dhankuta which is situated at a distance of twenty-six kilometer from the headquarter of Dhankuta and we have to cross this place when we travel to Dhankuta from Kathmandu. It is situated at a height of One thousand four hundred and twenty meters from sea level and is the best destination to visit from the nearby plain area of Terai. We can enjoy the view of the Plain field of Terai, snow-capped mountain such as Kanchanjunga, Makalu, Kumbhakarna from this place. We can enjoy the chilling weather.

Jalpadevi Temple:  This is the holy temple of Goddess Jalpadevi  which is situated in Chintang VDC. There is another temple of Kanya Devi in this same place. A number of pilgrims visit this place every year believing that their wishes come true if they visit this temple.

The Banyan Tree:  It is believed that the largest banyan tree of Asia which is situated in Dhankuta district in Dadha Bazar VDC 2. Local people believe that the tree is two hundred and fifty years old and the perimeter of the base of the tree is seventeen meters. Lots of people come to visit this place.

Rajarani:  Rajarani is another important tourist area situated in Dhankuta district. The beautiful lake situated on the top of a hill attracts anyone who reaches this place which takes around 1/2 hours from Bhedetar to reach this place.

Hile and Pakhribaas:  Hile and Pakhribaas are famous for cold weather which is also famous for Tongba  (a millet-based alcoholic beverage). Mulghat: Once you reach the sturdily built Tamor Bridge at Mulghat, you know that Dhankuta has arrived which is the best place to spend a day with friends, as you can watch the raging Tammar river from the banks, and also sign up for rafting, Another place to visit in Mulghat is the Vishranti temple, with an old-age home fashioned commendably around it where you can find peaceful surroundings, where elders give out their blessings and sing hymns, could inspire you to volunteer and do your bit for society! Shivaratri is extra special in Bishranti.
