Job Responsibilities:1. Video Editing:
Edit high-quality videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard software.Work on promotional videos, course recordings, event highlights, and creative projects for social media.2. Camera Operations:
Handle Sony video cameras and other equipment for photoshoots, video recordings, and live events.Ensure proper setup, lighting, and camera angles for professional output.3. Creative Design:
Design flyers, posters, and visual materials for promotions using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.Collaborate with the team to develop innovative visuals that align with branding.4. Social Media Marketing:
Actively engage in creating and strategizing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Manage postings, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to improve outreach.Photography:
Capture high-quality images during events, training sessions, and office activities for marketing and documentation.Content Innovation:
Brainstorm and propose fresh ideas for marketing campaigns and social media content.Research trends in video production and digital marketing to keep our content modern and appealing.
Job Requirements:A. Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in video editing and camera handling, preferably with Sony cameras.Knowledge of video production processes, including editing, sound design, and visual effects.B. Creative Skills:
Strong design skills with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.Ability to create visually engaging flyers and social media content.Marketing Proficiency:
Experience in social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.Familiarity with trends and strategies for engaging online audiences.C. Personal Attributes:
A creative mindset with an eye for detail.Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
